mBackup 1.0.7 for Macintosh computers:
1. Download mBackup and mount the volume.
2. Copy the mBackup application to your Applications folder.
3. Double-click the mBackup app to start.
mBackup 1.0.8 for Windows computers:
1. Download mBackup
2. Unzip the file to your desktop computer.
3. Double-click the Setup.exe file and follow the installation instructions. Note: mBackup for Windows requires Microsoft’s .NET Framework 2.0 and will automatically install it if it’s not already present.
4. Launch mBackup by going to your Start menu and clicking on the “All Programs” item.
